Nice layout nice design. few comments.
- the main image has too much gray colour on both sides.
- I would alighn LATEST PRESS RELEASE heading with its text and leave the arrows where they are.
- the heading bar back color eg. OUR SERVICES/search/projects, can be little darker.

Overall look is very nice.
